1. Appointments and Cancellations

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.
• Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 40% of the service fee.
• All services are non-refundable.

2. Service-Specific Terms

Eyelash Extensions

• Clients with existing eyelash extensions from another provider must contact us before booking, as we typically do not refill other providers’ work. In most cases, a removal and new set will be required.
• Please arrive with clean lashes to ensure the best possible bond. Time spent cleaning lashes may reduce your application time.
• Avoid fake tans 24 hours before and after your appointment, as this can affect the results.

Cosmetic Tattooing

• WA laws require clients to purchase their own anaesthetic cream for cosmetic tattoo treatments. This can be purchased from a compounding pharmacy and should be brought to the appointment.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time, with the full cost still applicable.

3. Consent for Photos and Videos

• By receiving services at Lavish Beauty Lab, you grant permission for photos and videos to be taken of your lashes, brows, and other beauty treatments.
• You consent to Lavish Beauty Lab using these photos and videos for any marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and advertising.
• If you prefer not to have photos or videos taken, please inform us before your appointment.

4. Intellectual Property

• The content, design, layout, appearance, graphics, text, logos, icons, images, code, scripts, and interactive features of this website are the property of Lavish Beauty Lab and are protected by copyright under Australian law and international treaties.

Lavish Beauty Lab Course Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern enrolment in all courses provided by Lavish Beauty Lab. By enrolling in a course with us, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read carefully before confirming your enrolment.

1. Course Fees and Payment

• The full course fee must be paid at least 7 days prior to the course commencement date to secure your place. Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of your enrolment without refund of any deposit.
• If course fees are not paid in full by the commencement date of your course, Lavish Beauty Lab reserves the right to cancel your enrolment.

2. Conduct and Behaviour

• Lavish Beauty Lab maintains a positive and respectful learning environment. We reserve the right to cancel your enrolment if:
  • You are disruptive, rude, or fail to follow instructions during your training.
  • Your actions obstruct another student’s learning or negatively impact the course environment.
• Lavish Beauty Lab has absolute discretion to terminate enrolment if you fail to adhere to these Terms in any material respect, including but not limited to payment and behaviour standards.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If you wish to cancel your enrolment, you must provide at least 14 days’ notice before the course commencement date. If cancelled within this period, your deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit amount of $500.00, and you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

4. Models for Practical Training

• Eyelash models are not provided by Lavish Beauty Lab. Each participant is responsible for arranging their own model for practical training sessions.

5. Course Materials

• Each participant will receive a Starter Kit and a Learning Manual, covering both theory and practical components of the course.

6. Course Rescheduling and Cancellation by Lavish Beauty Lab

• Lavish Beauty Lab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you may choose to receive a full refund of course fees paid or to credit the fees toward a future course.

7. Indemnity

• By enrolling in and participating in our courses, you indemnify Lavish Beauty Lab against all actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss, and damage (including personal injury or death) incurred or suffered by Lavish Beauty Lab or any third party as a direct or indirect result of your enrolment and participation.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Lavish Beauty Lab disclaims all liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind that may arise in connection with your enrolment or participation in our courses.

9. Intellectual Property

• All documents, materials, and other information provided by Lavish Beauty Lab, including but not limited to text, photographs, plans, illustrations, and other graphic materials (collectively, “Our Content”), are the exclusive property of Lavish Beauty Lab or its licensors.
